1. Who You're Contracting With

You're contracting with Izel, the provider of the Service. "We," "us," and "our" mean Izel.

2. Definition of the Service

"Service" means the Izel website, application, and all related features — including AI-powered wardrobe organisation, outfit recommendations, face and style analysis, occasion tracking, the AI chat stylist, referral program, and any other tools or functionality we make available, whether now or in the future.

AI outputs — including outfit suggestions and styling advice — may be inaccurate or incomplete, and should be reviewed by you before relying on them. They're not professional styling, medical, or dermatological advice.

3. Prototype / Experimental Nature of the Service

Izel is currently an early-stage product. Features, AI models, recommendations, and functionality may change, be added, be limited, or be removed as we continue to develop and improve the Service. We'll do our best to keep the experience smooth, but as an evolving product, some instability or changes in behaviour should be expected.

4. Accounts and Eligibility

Izel is intended for users 18 years of age and older. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity under your account.

5. Free Access and Future Pricing

Izel is currently free to use. Certain features may become paid in the future as the Service grows — if that happens, we'll let you know in advance, and any core functionality you're already relying on won't be taken away and replaced with a paywall without notice. Continued use of any future paid features will be subject to additional pricing terms at that time.

6. Referral Program

Izel may offer a referral program that rewards you for inviting others to the Service. Referral rewards, limits, and eligibility criteria are subject to change at our discretion, and we may modify, pause, or end the referral program at any time.

7. Usage Limits

Certain features may have usage limits (for example, limits on outfit generations, uploads, or similar caps). These limits are subject to change at our discretion as we balance service quality and availability.

8. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the Service. This includes, but isn't limited to:

• Using it unlawfully, or for fraud or spam
• Infringing anyone's intellectual property rights
• Uploading content (including photos) you don't have the rights to use
• Attempting to bypass usage limits
• Probing or disrupting the Service's security
• Scraping the Service or introducing malware
• Using outputs to generate illegal or harmful content
• Relying on AI outputs as regulated professional advice without appropriate review

9. Your Content and AI-Generated Outputs

You retain ownershipof photos, preferences, wardrobe data, and other content you upload to Izel, as well as the AI-generated outfit images and styling outputs created from them — since they're based on your own wardrobe, photos, and preferences.

You grant Izel a limited licence to host, process, display, and transform your content and outputs solely to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service for you.We don't use your content or generated outputs for any other purpose without your permission.

Promotional or community use:We will only use your generated images for promotional or community purposes (e.g., on our website, social media, or in-app galleries) if you explicitly opt in or give us permission to do so. Unless you've opted in, all your generated images remain private to you.

You're responsible for your inputs — for having the rights to upload them, and for how you use the outputs Izel generates.

10. Intellectual Property

Izel owns the Service itself — its software, designs, branding, documentation, and related intellectual property. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your personal use.

11. Account Deletion

You can delete your account anytime from your account settings, or by contacting us. Once you request deletion:

• Your access to the Service is removed immediately.
• Your account data, wardrobe photos, generated outfits, styling history, and preferences are permanently deleted from our systems, typically within 30 days.
• Some limited data may be retained beyond this where required for legal, fraud-prevention, or backup purposes, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

Account deletion is permanent and can't be undone once completed.

12. Service Availability

We aim to keep Izel useful and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available operation. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued as needed.

13. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Izel is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that AI-generated outfit suggestions, styling advice, or face/style analysis will be accurate, suitable, or error-free — you're responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to rely on them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Izel and its team aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of access, or reliance on AI-generated content. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

14. Force Majeure

We won't be held responsible for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms where that delay or failure results from causes beyond our reasonable control — including natural disasters, internet or infrastructure outages, third-party service provider failures, government action, or similar events.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, create a security or fraud risk, repeatedly violate our policies, or otherwise misuse the Service. You can stop using Izel at any time.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use Izel after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
